摘 要:目的:观察蒙药三味檀香散对大鼠脑缺血后不同时相IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8含量的影响,探讨其治疗脑缺血损伤可能的作用机制。方法:160只雄性SD大鼠随机分为脑缺血模型组、假手术组、三味檀香散大(1. 5 g/kg)、小剂量组(0. 5 g/kg),每组又随机分为4个时相组,即6 h、12 h、24 h、72 h组。按不同分组分别灌胃给药,1次/d,连续21天后,线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,神经功能评分后,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8的含量。结果:三味檀香散显著降低脑缺血大鼠神经功能评分,并在各时相中不同程度降低脑缺血大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8的含量。结论:三味檀香散对大鼠脑缺血有较好的保护作用;其治疗脑缺血损伤机制与降低炎症因子表达水平有关。Objective:To observe the influence of Sanwei Tanxiang powder on content of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in cerebral ischemia rats at different time stages and explore its possible treatment mechanism of cerebral ischemia injury.Methods:160 male SD rats were randomly divided into cerebral ischemia model group,sham operation group,high dose group(Sanwei Tanxiang powder 1.5 g/kg)and small dose group(Sanwei Tanxiang powder 0.5 g/kg));each group was randomly divided into four groups(6 h,12 h,24 h,72 h group).Each group was given by gavage respectively once a day for 21 days in a row.The cerebral arterial embolism models were prepared by line ligation method.After the evaluation of nerve function,serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were determined by ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay)method.Results:Sanwei Tanxiang powder significantly reduces the nerve function score in cerebral ischemia rats and decreases the serum IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels at different time stages.Conclusion:Sanwei Tanxiang powder has better protective effect on cerebral ischemia rats.The treatment mechanism of brain ischemia injury is associated with reduced inflammatory factor expression level.
