中药育发喷剂配合穴位按摩治疗脂溢性脱发的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药育发喷剂配合穴位按摩治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法:79例脂溢性脱发患者随机分为两组,其中观察组43例用中药育发喷剂治疗;对照组36例用2%酮康唑洗剂治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率81. 4%,对照组61. 1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中药育发喷剂配合特定的穴位按摩治疗治疗脂溢性脱发疗效满意,不良反应小,值得推广使用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yukon hair spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the acupoint massage in treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods:Seventy-nine patients with seborrheic alopecia were randomly divided into two groups.43 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yukon hair spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the point massage,while 36 cases in the control group were treated with 2%ketoconazole lotion.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 81.4%in the treatment group and 61.1%in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia with specific acupoint massage is satisfactory,with less side effect,and it is worth popularizing.
