肾炎康复片联合贝那普利对慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清粘连蛋白、白介素-2及胱抑素C水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肾炎康复片联合贝那普利对慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清粘连蛋白(FN)、白介素-2 (IL-2)及胱抑素C(CysC)水平的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年5月收治的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以贝那普利治疗,研究组予以肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗,均干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后的血清FN、 IL-2、CysC、 24 h尿蛋白定量水平以及不良反应情况。结果干预前,两组患者的血清FN、 IL-2、 CysC、 24 h尿蛋白定量水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组的血清FN、 IL-2水平均高于干预前, CysC、 24 h尿蛋白定量水平均低于干预前,且研究组的血清FN、 IL-2水平高于对照组, CysC、 24 h尿蛋白定量水平低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可显著降低患者的CysC水平,提高FN、 IL-2水平,促进肾功能改善,具有一定安全性。Objective To explore the influence of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril on serum fibronectin(FN),interleukin-2(IL-2)and cystatin C(CysC)levels in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,while the study group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril.Both groups were intervented for one month.The serum FN,IL-2,CysC and 24 h urine protein levels before and after intervention,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the serum FN,IL-2,CysC,and 24 h urine protein levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the serum FN and IL-2 levels were higher than those before intervention,and the CysC and 24 h urine protein levels were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05).The serum FN and IL-2 levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the CysC and 24 h urine protein levels were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can significantly reduce the CysC level,improve the FN and IL-2 levels,and promote the improvement of renal function,which has certain safety.
