孕产期饮食指导对孕妇体成分影响的研究

摘  要:目的探讨在孕产期饮食指导对孕妇体成分的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月行早孕建卡的100例孕妇,随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予营养讲座,但不进行个性化饮食指导;实验组则采用个体体成分监测仪评估孕妇孕早期、孕中期、孕后期各个阶段的体成分,依据体成分监测情况对孕妇进行个性化的饮食指导。观察两组孕妇不同孕期的体成分情况及新生儿出生体重与孕妇增重情况。结果实验组的孕早期、孕中期、孕后期全身脂肪百分比与肌肉分布系数均低于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组新生儿出生体重为3.1~3.6 kg的比例及孕妇产前较孕前体重增加正常的比例均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对孕妇行孕产期饮食指导可对孕妇体成分产生积极的影响,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of dietary guidance on maternal body composition during pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women building early pregnancy card in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given nutrition lectures without personalized dietary guidance,while the experimental group used individual body composition monitor to evaluate the body composition during early pregnancy,middle pregnancy and late pregnancy,and was given personalized dietary guidance according to the monitoring of body composition.The body composition at different stages,neonatal birth weight and weight gain of pregnant women of two groups were observed.Results The percentage of whole body fat and muscle distribution coefficient of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of neonatal birth weight between 3.1 kg and 3.6 kg and the rate of normal weight gain of pregnant women of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary guidance during pregnancy can positively influence the maternal body composition,which is worthy of promotion.
