摘　　要：在第十届中国对外投资洽谈会上,俄罗斯总统顾问格拉济耶夫·谢尔盖先生发表演讲并接受了《国际融资》杂志记者采访。他表示,需要考虑如何建立国际新金融秩序的基础设施,包括电子结算系统、网络结算系统,并建议创立国际的货币发行中心和结算中心,让每个参与国都以本国货币来注资。他认为,数字金融交易市场能够对未来整个欧亚地区在遭遇电子金融破坏活动和贸易冲击的风险情况下。At the 10th China foreign investment fair,the reporters of International Financing Magazine interviewed Mr.Sergey Glaziev,advisor to the Russian President.He said the world need to establish infrastructure for a new international financial order,including electronic settlement systems and network settlement systems.He suggested the creation of an international currency issuing and settlement centre for each participating country to inject capital in its own currency.He said that the digital financial trading market could play a certain role of security prevention and control for the whole Eurasian region in the future when it’s exposed to the risk of electronic financial destruction and trade shock.
