无线通讯在堆取料机PLC通讯中的应用与分析

摘　　要：本文介绍在料场各堆取料机PLC控制系统中采用的一种无线通讯方式。通过分析无线通讯装置是冶金行业料场无线通讯的关键核心设备,并简要说明无线通讯装置SRM6320在堆取料机的配置应用和维护注意事项,为通讯的稳定可靠运行做好基础。A wireless communication mode adopted in the PLC control system of all stackers-reclaimers in the stockyard has been introduced in this paper.Also,the configuration,application and maintenance notes of the wireless communication device SRM6320 in the stacker and reclaimer has been briefly described after analyzing that the wireless communication device is a core device for the wireless communication in the stockyard for the metallurgical industry.In this way,a good foundation has been laid for stable and reliable operation of communication devices.
