摘　　要：面对中小PCBA制造公司的实际需要,针对常用的波峰焊接机的不足,利用两轴控制器的成套系统,开发了一款PCBA浸锡式焊接机的电气控制系统。它具有劳动效率高,占地小,造价低,节省治具和使用成本,工作可靠,维修方便等优点。是中小PCBA制造公司的青睐神器,能够为公司带来更大的经济效益。Faced with the actual needs of small and medium-sized PCBA manufacturing companies,aiming at the shortage of commonly used wave soldering machine,an electrical control system of PCBA soldering tin welding machine was developed by using the complete system of two-axis controller.It has the advantages of high labor efficiency,small occupation,low cost,saving jig and use cost,reliable work and convenient maintenance.Is the small and medium-sized PCBA manufacturing company's favored magic device,can bring greater economic benefits for the company.
