摘  要:火电厂燃煤锅炉在运行过程中,准确监测一次风管道中的煤粉速度对锅炉燃烧的稳定性、安全性和经济性十分重要。基于Cortex-M3为核心的ARM处理器,设计了一套对电厂一次风管道煤粉速度在线监测装置。通过8通道同步数据采集系统实现对煤粉速度信号的采集,经以太网将采集到的数据上传至上位机,并利用基于FFT的互相关算法对其进行计算分析。经在吉林热电厂的实际安装监测表明该设备具有很强的实用性,满足电厂的要求,同时该装置具有成本低,安装便捷等特点。During the operation of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants,it is very important to accurately monitor the pulverized coal speed in the primary air ducts for the stability,safety and economy of boiler combustion.Based on the Cortex-M3 core ARM processor,an online monitoring device for the pulverized coal speed of the primary wind pipe of the power plant was designed.The pulverized coal speed signal is collected by the 8-channel synchronous data acquisition system,and the collected data is uploaded to the upper computer via Ethernet,and the FFT-based crosscorrelation algorithm is used for calculation and analysis.The actual installation monitoring in Jilin Thermal Power Plant shows that the equipment has strong practicability and meets the requirements of the power plant.At the same time,the device has the characteristics of low cost and convenient installation.
