摘　　要：本文介绍了应用TRIZ理论解决洗车污泥气浮处理排污器技术研究与开发中解决技术问题的方法和过程,解决了传统的排污器清理排除洗车污泥气浮处理产生的上浮污染物效果差的问题。TRIZ理论的运用可快速发现矛盾和问题本质,加快解决技术问题进程,并取得了较好的排污效果。In this paper,methods and processes of solving technical problems during the research and development of flotation sewage device for car washing sludge based on TRIZ is introduced.It solves the problem of poor effect of cleaning and removing floating pollutants after floatation treatment of car washing sludge.The application of TRIZ can quickly find the essence of contradiction and problem so that it can speed up the process of resolving technical problems,and a good sewage effect has been obtained.
