摘　　要：对PLC的生产机械控制电路缺陷与改进问题进行分析,发现生产机械控制电路的单元连接存在缺陷,导致电路容易发生按钮接触器故障、停车故障等故障。为加强生产机械的安全运行管理,要利用"软"按钮实现"硬"按钮的替代,完成自动/手动控制电路的设计,实现相应软件程序的改进,达到故障防治的目标。The defects and improvement of PLC production machinery control circuit are analyzed.It is found that there are defects in the unit connection of the production machinery control circuit,which lead to button contactor fault,stop fault and other faults.In order to strengthen the safe operation and management of production machinery,soft button should be used to replace hard button,automatic/manual control circuit should be designed,and corresponding software program should be improved to achieve the goal of fault prevention and control.
