摘　　要：本文突出评议了国际法院"柏威夏寺案(解释)(柬埔寨诉泰国)案"判决中几个可能对国际法院诉讼法律和实践产生影响的重要观点,也指出了泰国官员早期对边界线制图及其法律后果不够重视的错误和柬埔寨前期案件的律师过小界定声索的错误,评议了这些错误对案件和两国关系的重大负面影响。This brief comment highlights(1)some important points in the Temple of Preah Vihear(Interpretation)judgment that are likely to have impact on the law and practice at the International Court of Justice and(2)some likely mistakes committed by the Siamese officials in earlier times in not giving sufficient attention to cartographic and legal expertise and by Cambodia s earlier lawyers in formulating its claims.
