摘　　要：新技术创造了无限可能,也催生城市规划走向理性和智能。在大数据+云平台的时代,人工智能正成为城市规划的新型工具和亲密伙伴,能提升规划师认识与改造世界的能力,更好地适应复杂时空需求,不断实践和充实规划内涵。人工智能+城市规划,既是现实发展的需求,也是面向未来的进步。人工智能不是陌生名词,但对于新一代人工智能很多规划师却不清楚。因此,文章系统梳理了新一代人工智能的概念、进展和趋势,初步提出人工智能在规划行业应用的路径、模式和意义,并探讨了其中的机遇、挑战和不确定性,希望对行业转型发展有所帮助。New technologies are promoting rational and intelligent urban planning development.In the era of big data and cloud platform,Artificial Intelligence(AI)has become a new weapon and partner in improving planners’ability to change the world.AI+urban planning is a need as well as a progress.The paper reorganizes the concept,progress,and trend of AI in the new era,puts forward the path,mode,and significance of AI application in planning profession,and discusses its opportunity,challenge,and uncertainty
