摘  要:火力发电厂调试阶段有四大管道震动事故,以冷再热蒸汽管道震动最为频发。主因是冷再热蒸汽管道介质参数低、流量大、流速高,设计或调试不当易出现管内汽携水流动引发水击事故。本文以京能盛乐工程2号机组首次空负荷整套启动中冷再热蒸汽管道震动为例,根据事故现场管道震动表象、损伤实况,宏观分析了密闭管道内水击形成过程及相应介质状态、影响水击破坏力强弱因素,使工程技术人员对水击事故成因、严重后果清晰认知,然后结合设计、调试两方面对水击原因进行剖析,提出建议,以减少同类事故的发生。Water hammer of cold reheat steam pipe is the most frequent one of four kinds of pipe vibrations during commissioning of coal-fired power plant.Water carry-over is High flow and velocity of medium inside the pipe as well as water carry-over due to inadequate design or improper operations are the main causes.Taking vibration of cold reheat steam pipe during no-load start-up of 2#Unit of Jingneng Shengle Project as an example,this paper analyzes the process of water hammer in closed pipe and medium conditions causing water hammer accident based on pipe vibrations and resulting damage for reference of the designers and technicians.Causes are analyzed in the respects of design and commissioning.Finally suggestions are given for avoidance of similar accidents.
