老城商业区用地更新与交通一体化研究——以合肥三孝口商圈为例

摘　　要：老城商业区普遍存在用地紧张、功能高度叠合和交通压力大等问题,探索实现老城商业区用地更新与交通改善有机融合的路径具有十分重要的意义。文章以合肥三孝口商圈为例,基于对三孝口商圈用地及交通现状的分析,从用地更新、交通系统构建、公共空间网络组织、土地混合利用及城市活力激发等方面提出了用地更新与交通一体化策略,对三孝口商圈改造实践具有现实指导意义。Because of the problems of land,function,and traffic in the business area of old town,the research on the integration path of commercial land renewal and traffic improvement is important.The paper takes Sanxiaokou business area of Hefei as an example,analyzes the commercial land-use and traffic situation,explores the land renewal and traffic integration path from land renewal,traffic system,public space network,land-use mixture,and urban vitality sides,guides the promotion of Sanxiaokou business area.
