试论中国共产党对军队绝对领导的制度理性

摘　　要：中国共产党高举马克思主义旗帜,通过一系列理论实践探索,逐渐形成并确立了党对军队绝对领导制度,构成了党对军队绝对领导的历史逻辑。马克思主义经典作家以及中国共产党几代领导人总结的大量有关军政关系理论,是党对军队绝对领导的理论路径。中国共产党在军队中建构的一整套系统化、规范化的原则、要求和组织机构,是保证党对军队的绝对领导合理有序运行的制度保证。进入新时代,我们必须继续坚持、发展和完善党对军队绝对领导制度,努力建设一支听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良的人民军队,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强保障。The CPC and Workers’and Peasants’Red Army have held high the Marxist banner and established the CPC’s absolute leadership over the army system gradually through a series of practical explorations,which constituted the historical logic of the CPC’s absolute leadership over the army system.The summarizing of a large number of civil-military relations theory by the classic writers of Marxism and the leaders of the CPC is the theoretical path of the CPC’s absolute leadership over the army system.The systematic,standardized principles,requirements and organizational structures constructed by the CPC in the military are the institutional guarantees for ensuring the CPC’s absolute leadership over the army rationally and orderly.We must persist in developing and improving the CPC’s absolute leadership over the army system with entering the new era,and striving to build a people’s army that follows the Party,fights to win,forges exemplary conduct,and provides a strong guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
