新时代基层政治生态重构的内在逻辑与现实路径

摘　　要：基层政治生态是社会整体政治生态的重要组成部分,与基层党的建设有着紧密的内在逻辑。当前,基层政治生态建设还存在党组织责任缺位、圈子依附、政治生活形式化、民主集中制被异化等问题,究其原因主要是政治生态建设的意识引领不够、能力不强、基础不厚、指导不力。新时代重构基层政治生态要有针对性地加强对领导干部的教育培训,强化制度体系的构建与执行,完善政治生态建设监督指导,引入第三方机构进行评估考核,把政治生态建设纳入党建督察体系。Grassroots political ecology is an important part of the overall political ecology of society,and has close logic in the construction of grassroots party.At present,grassroots political and ecological construction still has problems such as lack of party organization responsibility,circle attachment,formalization of political life,and alienation of democratic centralism.The main reason is that the awareness of political ecological construction is not enough;the ability is not strong;the foundation is not thick;the guidance is weak.Reconstructing the grassroots political ecology in the new era should strengthen the education and training of leading cadres in a targeted manner,strengthen the construction and implementation of the system,improve the supervision and guidance of political and ecological construction,introduce third-party institutions for evaluation and assessment,and incorporate political ecological construction into party building inspectors.
