摘  要:采用单级循环汽液平衡釜测定了常压下四氢呋喃-甲苯、四氢呋喃-氟苯、四氢呋喃-水、甲苯-氟苯、四氢呋喃-甲苯-水、四氢呋喃-氟苯-水和四氢呋喃-甲苯-氟苯-水体系的汽液平衡数据,采用Herington方法对二元汽液平衡数据进行热力学一致性校验;分别以NRTL和UNIQUAC方程为相平衡模型,通过化工辅助软件分别对二元、三元体系的汽液平衡数据进行关联,确定模型参数和相平衡模型;采用6对二元模型参数关联出四元体系的汽液平衡数据,并与实验值进行比较。结果表明:实验值与计算值的相对偏差均小于5%,说明实验与计算值一致。研究结果为四氢呋喃、甲苯、氟苯和水混合液的分离提供了一定基础数据。The VLE(vapor-liquid equilibrium)data of tetrahydrofuran-toluene,tetrahydrofuran-fluorobenzene,tetrahydrofuran-water,toluene-fluorobenzene,tetrahydrofuran-toluene-water,tetrahydrofuran-fluorobenzene-water and tetrahydrofuran-toluene-fluorobenzene-water were measured by single-cycle vapor-liquid equilibrium kettle at atmospheric pressure.The experimental data of binary systems were checked by the method of Herington to judge whether it is satisfied for the thermodynamic consistency.What′s more,the binary and ternary VLE data were correlated with NRTL and UNIQUAC phase balance model by chemical engineering simulation software.The model parameters and phase balance model were obtained.The quaternary VLE data were correlated by using the correlated six model parameters of binary systems.Compared with the experimental data,the results show that the relative deviation is less than 5%.It means that the experimental data are consistent with the calculation results.This paper provides a basis data for extractive distillation separation of tetrahydrofuran-toluene-fluorobenzene-water system.
