摘  要:为了探究偶氮苯类化合物的液晶性及光响应性,文中以重氮偶合反应为关键步骤合成了胆甾醇偶氮苯化合物A,通过~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR和X-单晶衍射仪鉴定了其结构,属三斜晶系P1^-,在该晶体结构中芳香环之间以"肩并肩"呈层状排列。目标化合物的液晶性分别通过偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行测试,并采用紫外(UV)光谱对其光响应行为进行了表征。研究测试结果表明:化合物A呈双层的层列相,在二氯甲烷溶液中紫外可见光下可观察到可逆的光响应性。In order to investigate liquid crystallinity and photoresponse of azobenzene compounds,a new cholesterol-azobenzene compound,named as A was synthesized via diazo coupling reaction,which was the key step.The structure of A was identified by 1H NMR,13 C NMR and X-single crystal diffractometer.The structure belongs to the triclinic system P1-,in which the aromatic rings are arranged side-by-side in a parallel way.The mesophase property was studied by polarizing microscope(POM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and X-ray diffractomer(XRD),and photoresponse was characterized by UV spectroscopy.The results show that A is in a form of the double layer Lam phase,and the reversible photoisomerisation in dichlormethane solution is also observed in the presence of ultraviolet-visible light.
