摘  要:基于橡胶优异回弹性和耐磨性的构效关系,制备了一种高弹性水性聚氨酯以满足皮革/合成革涂层耐磨性的要求。采用单因素变量法研究了异氰酸酯和二元醇的种类及配比、硬段含量、交联度、后扩链等结构参数对水基聚氨酯力学性能、回弹性、耐磨性等的影响,优化了合成工艺及配方。研究结果表明:异氰酸酯结构、软段类型、硬段含量及适度交联影响聚氨酯的力学性能、回弹性及耐磨性,当异氰酸酯摩尔比n(IPDI)∶n(HDI)为5∶5,二元醇摩尔比n(PTMG)∶n(PCDL)为6∶4,硬段含量30%左右,交联剂用量约1%时,其回弹性较好,耐磨性能优异;硅烷偶联剂KH602能显著提高聚氨酯涂层的耐磨性。On the base of structure-activity relationship between excellent elasticity and wear resistance of rubber, a high elastic waterborne polyurethane was prepared to meet the wear resistance requirements of leather and synthetic leather coatings. The effects of structure parameters such as the type and proportion of isocyanate and diol, hard segment content, crosslinking degree and post-chain extension on mechanical properties, elasticity and wear resistance of waterborne polyurethane were investigated by single factor experimental method, and then the synthetic process and formula were optimized. The results indicate that the better the elasticity of water-based polyurethane, the higher the wear resistance index of the coating, when the coefficient of elasticity is more than 95%, the wear resistance index can reach 500(times/mg); Isocyanate structure, soft segment type, hard segment content and crosslinking would affect the mechanical properties, elasticity and wear resistance of polyurethane, when the molar ratio of isocyanate n(IPDI)∶ n(HDI)is 5∶5, the molar ratio of diol n(PTMG)∶ n(PCDL) is 6∶4, the hard segment content is about 30%, the crosslinking degree is 1% or so, the elasticity and the wear resistance are excellent; Silane coupling agent KH602 can significantly improve the wear resistance of polyurethane coatings.
