摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法测定皮革及皮革制品中的苯酚含量。通过优化色谱条件、提取方式、提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间等条件,建立了皮革中苯酚含量的检测方法。苯酚标准曲线线性范围为1.0~100.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.04 mg/kg,平均回收率为85%~107.2%,相对标准偏差(RSDs, n=6)为3.01%~7.89%。Phenol in leather and leather products was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The experimental conditions were optimized including chromatography parameter, extraction method, extraction solvent,extraction temperature and extraction time. The results demonstrated that the standard curve linear range of phenol was1.0~100.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997 and the detection limit was 0.04 mg/kg. The average recoveries of phenol were in the range of 85%-107.2%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs, n=6) were in the range of3.01%-7.89%.
