摘  要:采用室内培养法,研究了模拟UV-B辐射对大麦幼苗叶片部分生理指标和光合特性的影响,以期揭示UV-B辐射对大麦幼苗胁迫效应规律。结果表明,随着UV-B辐射处理(2~6 kJ/m2)强度的增强,大麦幼苗叶片细胞膜透性(CMP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)呈上升趋势,而叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)及蒸腾速率(Tr)呈下降趋势;各项指标在T3(6 kJ/m2)处理组与对照间达极显著差异(P<0.01),并且辐射处理时间越长对大麦幼苗叶片的各项生理指标和光合特性的影响越大。To find UV-B radiation how to influence photosynthesis of Hordeum vulgare seedling leaves,the effects of simulated UV-B radiation on physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of Hordeum vulgare seedling leaves were studied by the indoor cultivation experiments.The results showed that with the increase of UV-B radiation intensity(2-6 kJ/m2),cellular membrane penetration(CMP),malondialdehyde(MDA)content,the concentration of carbon dioxide(Ci)in the Hordeum vulgare seedling leaves showed an upward trend,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)showed a decreasing trend.Compared with contrast(0 kJ/m2),the indexes in T3(6 kJ/m2)treatment group reached very significant difference(P<0.01).In addition,the results also showed that the longer the radiation time was,the more serious the effects on physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of Hordeum vulgare seedling leaves were.
