摘 要:以榆林市近年来引进的多年生木本植物合欢和紫荆为材料,研究了冬季自然降温条件下,其1年生休眠枝条内游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量以及过氧化物酶活性的变化,并对2个树种的抗寒性进行了比较。结果表明,自然降温过程中,2个树种中脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量随着气温的变冷而升高,当温度达到最低值-20℃时,脯氨酸含量达到最大值,其中,合欢为19.99μg/g,紫荆为10.41μg/g;合欢和紫荆中丙二醛含量达到最大值,分别13.46,22.73μmol/g;试验过程中过氧化物酶活性与温度呈现出负相关关系,当温度降至最低值-20℃时,2种树种中过氧化物酶活性达到最大值,分别为30.01,16.88 U/(g·min)。在整个试验过程中,同一温度条件下,合欢枝条中脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性均大于紫荆,丙二醛含量则小于紫荆。综合分析得出,合欢抗寒性大于紫荆。In this study,we used perennial woody plant Albizzia julibrissin and Cercis chinensis as materials,the content of free proline,malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of peroxidase(POD)in one-year-old dormant branches were studied in the natural temperature falling,and the cold resistance of the two tree species were compared.The results showed that during the natural cooling process,the free proline content and MDA content of the two species increased with the temperature becoming colder.When the temperature fell to a minimum of-20℃,the free proline content reached the maximum value,Albizzia julibrissin was 19.99μg/g,Cercis chinensis was 10.41μg/g.The MDA content of two species also reached a maximum value,Albizzia julibrissin was 13.46μmol/g,Cercis chinensis was 22.73μmol/g.The POD activity was negatively correlated with temperature.The two plants POD activity reached maximum value when the temperature was-20℃,Albizzia julibrissin was 30.01 U/(g·min),Cercis chinensis was 16.88 U/(g·min).During the whole study,the free proline content and POD activity of Albizzia julibrissin were higher than Cercis chinensis at the same temperature,but the MDA content of Albizzia julibrissin was less than Cercis chinensis.By comprehensive analysis,we can conclude that the cold resistance of Albizzia julibrissin is stronger than Cercis chinensis.
