产教深度融合构建“种养游专业群”林业岗位创新人才培养体系的实践

摘　　要：通过深入林业行业企业、用人单位调研分析,针对高职林业教育存在的主要问题,构建并实施了"林业岗位创新人才培养体系"——构建了种养游专业群、创新了人才成长的管理制度、改革了教学管理体制机制、创新了现代农牧专业群、实践教学综合体、产学研基地建设,成果实践具有一定的推广应用效果。Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the forestry industry and forestry enterprises and employers,this paper constructs and implements the"innovative talent training system for forestry posts"to solve the main problems of higher vocational forestry education,constructing a specialty group,innovating the management system for talent growth,and reforming the education management system.The modern agriculture and animal husbandry specialty group is innovated,and practical teaching complexes and production-learning-research bases are built.The results have a certain promotion and application effect.
