摘　　要：我国对境外务工人员政治权利的保护还存在不足之处,可以采取增加国际劳工保护性公约批准的数量、积极实施公约的权利保护条款、对现有各项政治权利保护立法进行完善、制定专门的《境外务工人员人权保护法》、加强国际合作等措施,为保护境外务工人员政治权利提供保障。There are still deficiencies in the political rights protection of migrant workers in China.Their political rights can be protected well by increasing the number of international labor conventions,implementing the convention of rights protection clause,perfecting the existing political rights protection legislation,formulating special measures,strengthening international cooperation and so on.
