摘 要:物流业的二氧化碳排放问题是当前我国碳减排的关键,如何测度二氧化碳排放效率对于促进行业碳减排具有重要意义。文章基于数据包络分析方法,构建了物流业的二氧化碳排放效率测度模型,对中国物流业的二氧化碳排放效率进行了实证分析,研究了样本年内各驱动因素的区域和省域差异情况。结果表明:中国物流业的二氧化碳排放效率呈现出东部高于中部、中部高于西部的特点。江苏、广东、河北、贵州、青海和宁夏等6个省市区的表现最好,都达到了最优前沿面。云南、辽宁、四川、黑龙江、广西和新疆等6个省市区的表现较差。Logistics industry is one of the major carbon emission industries in China,and it is of great significance to measure its efficiency.Based on the data envelopment analysis method,this paper constructs a measurement model of carbon dioxide emission efficiency,makes an empirical analysis of carbon dioxide emission efficiency,and studies the regional and provincial differences of the driving factors in the sample years of logistics industry in China.The results showed that:The carbon dioxide emission efficiency of China's logistics industry in the east is higher than in the middle,while in the middle is higher than in the west.Jiangsu,Guangdong,Hebei,Guizhou,Qinghai and Ningxia performed best and reached the best frontier.Yunnan,Liaoning,Sichuan,Heilongjiang,Guangxi,Xinjiang and other 6 provinces had poor performance.
