长株潭地区制造业与物流业共赢生态圈构建的制约因素与对策

摘　　要：目前,长株潭地区制造业与物流业共赢生态圈构建还存在制造企业对物流外包缺乏长远战略、物流企业的高端物流服务能力有待提升、政策环境有待优化等制约因素。因此,有必要从以下几个方面采取有效对策:指导与鼓励制造业推进物流业务外包,提升物流业的服务水平与能力,建立领导协调机制,营造良好政策环境,强化产业链和产业园区两业联动规划、多方共同培养物流专门人才。At present,in the construction of the win-win ecosphere of manufacturing and logistics in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region,there are still some restrictive factors,such as the lack of long-term strategy for logistics outsourcing,the ability of high-end logistics service of logistics enterprises to be upgraded,and the policy environment to be optimized.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective countermeasures from the following aspects:to guide and encourage the manufacturing industry to promote logistics outsourcing,to improve the service level and ability of the logistics industry,to establish a coordination mechanism for leadership,to create a good policy environment,to strengthen the two linkage planning of industrial chain and industrial park,and to cultivate specialized logistics professionals in many ways.
