摘 要:涡旋压缩机齿顶密封条通常由于材料磨损而失效,为了提高密封条的使用寿命,拟将聚酰亚胺填充PTFE复合材料作为涡旋压缩机齿顶密封条材料,通过试验研究其可行性。以某型号涡旋压缩机作为算例,建立密封条受力的数学模型,分析密封条工作载荷的变化规律;根据涡旋压缩机实际运行参数,设计不同的试验条件,将填充PTFE与HT250配副,在MMU-10G端面磨损试验机上进行模拟试验,研究其摩擦学性能;并利用扫描电镜观察摩擦表面的磨痕和复合材料的转移情况。结果表明:当试验条件为200 N、1 000 r/min时,摩擦副摩擦系数最小,体积磨损率为3.328×10-6;当温度超过120℃时,材料发生烧灼现象,磨损加剧。综合分析,在涡旋压缩机正常工作的条件下,将填充PTFE材料作为密封条原材料可有效地提高其使用寿命。In order to improve the service life of the sealing strip,the PTFE composite filled with polyimide was proposed to be used as the sealing strip material of the tooth top of the scroll compressor and its feasibility was studied through tests.By taking a model of scroll compressor as an example,the mathematical model for the stress of the sealing strip force was established,and the change rules of the sealing strip working load was analyzed.According to the actual operating parameters of the scroll compressor,different test conditions were designed,and by using PTFE and HT250 as the mating pair,simulation test was carried out on MMU-10 G end face wear tester in order to study its tribological properties.The wear marks on the friction surface and the transfer of the composites were observed by SEM.The results show that when the test conditions are 200 N and 1 000 r/min,the friction coefficient of the friction pair is the smallest and the volume wear rate is 3.328×10^-6.When the temperature exceeds 120℃,the burning occurs with the material and the wear is aggravated.Through comprehensive analysis,the filled PTFE material as the raw material of sealing strip can effectively improve its service life.
