摘  要:针对旋流器短路流造成的溢流跑粗问题,提出了一种中心带固棒的钟形溢流管旋流器,通过数值模拟对比分析了加设中心固棒前后旋流器内部流场以及空气柱形成过程的变化规律,并进行了PIV试验验证。结果表明,PIV试验与数值模拟结果吻合良好,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。加设固棒后,旋流器径向速度梯度和压力梯度都增大,颗粒所受径向力增大,有利于颗粒的径向分离。旋流器外旋流轴向速度增大,内旋流轴向速度减小,同时零速包络面内迁,底流分流比增大。In order to solve the problem of coarse particles in the overflow caused by the short circuit flow in the hydrocyclone,a bell-shaped vortex finder with a central solid rod was proposed.The numerical simulation was used to simulate the variation rules of the internal flow field and the air core in the hydrocyclone before and after the center solid rod is added,and then the PIV test was verified.The results show that the PIV test is in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.After the rod is added,both the radial velocity gradient and pressure gradient of the hydrocyclone increase,and the radial force acted on the particles increases,which is favorable to the radial separation of them.The axial velocity of the outer swirl increases,and the axial velocity of internal swirl decreases.At the same time,the LZVV moves inward and the downstream flow ratio increases.
