摘 要:立式屏蔽泵的轴系振动是影响屏蔽泵使用寿命的关键因素。以立式屏蔽泵为研究对象,在考虑了间隙环流、高温高压等影响因素后,建立了立式屏蔽泵轴系的三维模型,并通过有限单元法对其进行预应力分析和模态分析,得出了立式屏蔽泵在不同的轴向力作用下的最大变形点和最大受力点,并提取了模态分析的前6阶分析结果,计算了立式屏蔽泵的前6阶三维模态振型;以及通过立式屏蔽泵的前6阶三维模态振型,得出了前6阶振动时可能对立式屏蔽泵轴系的影响。以上的研究结果对立式屏蔽泵的设计和研究具有指导作用。The shaft system vibration is a key factor that influences the service life of vertical canned pump.By taking vertical canned pump as the research object and after taking into account the influencing factors such as gap annular flow,high temperature and high pressure,the three-dimensional solid model of shaft system of vertical canned pump was built,and the prestress analysis and the modal analysis were conducted on it by finite element method,the points of maximum deformation and maximum stress of the vertical canned pump under the action of different axial forces were obtained.The analysis results of the first six order of the three-dimensional modal vibration mode of vertical canned pump were extracted.The three-dimensional modal vibration mode of the first six order of vertical canned pump was calculated,and the influence of the vibration of the first six order on the shaft system of vertical canned pump was obtained.The above research results provide some reference for the design and research of vertical canned pumps.
