摘 要:为从设计上充分缓解齿轮泵困油的冲击危害,以新建的困油流量乘以困油作用面积的困油力最小化为设计目标,构建基于困油性能的优化模型。实例的结果表明:泵常规的轻量化设计会带来较大的困油力;虽然常规的流量不均匀系数及径向力最小化设计,总体上都能提高困油性能,但困油力最小化能促使困油性能进一步提高;常规的困油流量最小化设计,会形成较大的齿顶作用面积,整体上反而弱化了困油性能,得出困油力为一种较好的评估困油危害的量化指标。To sufficiently relieve impact damage caused by trapped-oil phenomenon of gear pumps,we build an optimization design model based on trapped oil performance with the minimum trapped oil force obtained by multiplying the newly built trapped oil pressure by the trapped oil action area as the design goal.The results show that conventional lightweight design of gear pumps causes a greater trapped-oil force;conventional minimization design of flow unevenness coefficient and radial force can improve trapped-oil performance,but the minimization design of trapped-oil force can further improve trapped-oil performance;conventional minimization design of trapped-oil flow can result in a larger addendum action area and weaken trapped-oil performance.Finally,it is concluded that oil trapping force is a good quantitative index for evaluating oil trapping hazards.
