摘 要:【目的】分析2012—2016年四川省水稻区试中籼晚熟组参试组合的选育情况及其农艺性状表现,为四川省水稻育种现状提供科学评估及水稻新品种选育提供参考。【方法】收集2012—2016年四川省水稻区试中籼晚熟组参试组合的双亲信息及农艺性状表现等数据,对参试组合和区试通过组合的亲本进行计数分析,同时利用相关分析、变异幅度分析、主成分分析和回归分析等方法对参试组合农艺性状表现进行综合分析。【结果】亲本分析结果表明,蓉18A、川谷A、川绿389A、成恢727、乐恢188和川恢907等骨干亲本在现阶段四川省水稻育种中起到关键作用。相关分析结果表明,产量与株高、生育期和产量构成因素间均存在正相关。变异幅度分析结果表明,区试通过组合的株高、生育期、结实率和产量等性状的变异幅度显著(P<0.05,下同)或极显著(P<0.01,下同)低于淘汰组合;参试组合在生育期、株高和产量上的变异幅度较小。育种趋势分析结果表明,近年来穗粒数和实粒数显著或极显著提高,最高茎数显著降低,成穗率和株高的一致性有所提高,生育期的一致性降低。【结论】适当增加株高和延长生育期是提高产量的重要方法。新品种育种目标制定时,株高、生育期和结实率的目标可参考近几年审定品种的表现,而穗长、穗粒数、实粒数和千粒重的目标可高于区试平均表现。【Objective】The seed selection,breeding and agronomic trait performance in the regional trial data of latematuring medium indica rice tested varieties in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed to carry out scientific evaluation on the current situation of rice breeding in Sichuan Province,and provide reference for rice breeding.【Method】The regional trial data of late-maturing medium indica rice tested varieties in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2016,including parent information and agronomic trait expression was collected.Count-analyzing was used to analyze the parents of tested varieties and passed varieties in regional trial.The agronomic trait performance of tested varieties were analyzed by correlation analysis,variation range analysis,principal component analysis and regression analysis.【Result】The results of parent analysis indicated that elite lines(such as Rong 18A,Chuangu A,Chuanlü389A,Chenghui 727,Lehui 188 and Chuanhui 907)played an important role in rice breeding in Sichuan Province at present stage.The results of correlation analysis indicated that yield had positive correlations with plant height,growth period and yield components.The results of variation range analysis indicated that the variation range of passed varieties in regional trial were significantly(P<0.05,the same below)or extremely(P<0.01,the same below)lower than that of obsolete varieties in four traits including plant height,growth period,seed setting rate and yield.The variation range of tested varieties was small in growth period,plant height and yield.Breeding trend analysis indicated that in recent years,grain number per spike and total filled grains significantly or extremely increased;maximum seedlings significantly decreased.The consistency of effective spike rate and plant height increased while the consistency of growth period decreased.【Conclusion】Yield can be improved by increasing the plant height and expanding growth period as appropriate.In seed breeding plan formulation,the target performance o
