摘 要:针对韩城区块煤层气井长期存在的井下管杆腐蚀问题,通过对现场采出气、液及腐蚀产物进行分析,判断韩城区块主要腐蚀因素为CO_2、H_2S在高矿化度环境下多组分协同作用。通过腐蚀失重法和电化学方法对缓蚀剂进行了筛选、复配及最佳添加浓度等实验研究,研制出了适合该区块的缓蚀剂。室内实验结果表明,该缓蚀剂在韩城区块腐蚀环境下取得了很好的缓蚀效果,使管材年均腐蚀速率降到0. 045 mm·a^(-1),能经济高效地解决该区块煤层气井下管杆腐蚀问题。In allusion to the long-standing tubing sucker rod corrosion of coalbed methane well in Hancheng block,an analysis of gas production,liquid production and corrosion products produced in the field was maken,a judgment was maken that the corrosion factors in Hancheng block are mainly CO 2,H 2S,and multi component synergy in high salinity environment.Through the corrosion weight loss method and electrochemical method,the corrosion inhibitor was screened,compound and the best addition concentration was studied.The corrosion inhibitor suitable for the block was developed.The results of laboratory experiments show that the corrosion inhibitor has achieved good corrosion inhibition effect under the environment of Hancheng block,and the annual average corrosion rate is reduced to 0.045 mm·a-1.The corrosion problem of the lower pipe rod in the coalbed gas well can be solved economically and efficiently.
