摘  要:对直径0.1 mm漆包线和厚度0.2 mm铜箔进行单面点焊试验,在焊接电流和焊接时间一定的情况下,研究不同焊接压力对焊接质量的影响规律。通过观察焊点的外观形貌、测量焊点的尺寸以及焊点的拉断力综合判断焊接质量,结合微观组织分析接头形成机理。试验结果表明:随着焊接压力的增大,焊点拉断力先逐渐增大,达到峰值后逐渐减小;焊点宽度呈线性增大,焊点长度变化不明显,漆膜熔化程度高。The indirect spot welding test is carried out with 0.1 mm enameled wire and 0.2 mm copper foil.Under the condition of constant welding current and time,the influence law of different welding pressures on welding quality is studied.The welding quality is comprehensively judged by observing the appearance of welded joint,measuring the size and breaking force of welded joint,and the formation mechanism of welded joint is analyzed combining the microstructure.The test results show that with the increase of welding pressure,the breaking force of welded joint increases gradually first,and then decreases gradually after reaching the peak value;the width of welded joint increases linearly,and the degree of the melt of paint film is high,but the length of welded joint does not change significantly.
