摘　　要：针对石油钻头焊接采用传统弧焊工艺对合金刀片造成严重损伤以及容易脱焊的现象,介绍了一种利用电阻钎焊对YG8硬质合金与钢体材质进行焊接的原理及其实现方法,对实施过程中可能出现的缺陷进行简要分析并给出具体的解决措施。结果表明,该方法能克服各种缺陷,满足石油钻头焊接的要求,是一种先进实用的生产工艺。The traditional arc welding technology of oil drill bit causes serious damage to the alloy blade and is easy to be detached.Aiming at these problems,the principle and implementation method of welding YG8 cemented carbide and steel by resistance brazing are introduced.The possible defects in the implementation process are briefly analyzed and the solutions are given in detail.The test shows that this method can completely overcome above shortcomings and meet the requirements of the welding of oil drill bit.It is an advanced and practical production technology.
