摘　　要：学术自由的超越性与现实性共同构成学术自由内在矛盾的两个方面。其超越性是由学术劳动的特点和真理发展的规律所决定的,实质是人的超越性本质在学术生产领域中的集中表现。学术自由的超越性,对社会其他领域的自由具有引领性、示范性和辐射性作用。合理认识学术自由的超越性,是学术自由的内在要求,也是学术主体的自觉责任。As an integral part of the theory of academic freedom,the transcendence and the realism constitute the internal contradiction of academic freedom.The transcendence of academic freedom is determined by the characteristics of academic researches and the law of the development of truth.It has a guiding,radiating and demonstrative function to other areas of society.The essence of academic freedom transcendence is the concentrated expression of human beings transcendent nature in the field of academic research.Emphasizing the transcendence of academic freedom is the essential connotation of academic freedom and the conscious requirement of the subject of academic freedom.
