基于知识图谱的政府与社会资本合作研究综述

摘　　要：政府与社会资本合作(PPP)对基础设施与公共服务领域的发展越来越重要,分析与总结相关研究以指导实践是十分必要的。以Web of Science核心合集2012—2017年收录的PPP相关期刊论文为研究对象,利用CiteSpace Ⅴ软件绘制知识图谱,对PPP的研究现状、知识基础、热点及趋势展开详细分析。研究发现,中国与美国的研究成果最为丰硕,商业与经济、建设工程、公共管理、交通运输是PPP的主要研究领域,PPP的核心主题为风险、合同、治理、绩效和关键成功因素等;基于对PPP研究的总结,从应用与发展的角度展望未来PPP的研究趋势,以期推动PPP理论研究与实践应用的蓬勃发展。Public-Private Partnership(PPP)becomes more and more important to the development of infrastructure and public service,and it is necessary to analyze and summarize the relevant research to guide practice.The paper applies the CiteSpace V software to draw knowledge maps about the research of PPP by using the journal papers published by Web of Science Core Collection from 2012 to 2017,and carries on the detailed analysis from research status,knowledge bases,hotspots and trends.The findings indicate as follows:first,the most publications’countries are China and USA;second,business and economy,construction engineering,public administration and transportation are the main research fields of PPP;third,the central topics of PPP are risk,contract,governance,performance and key success factors.Based on the summary of PPP research,we put forward the research trends from the aspects of application and development in order to promote the flourishing development of PPP theoretical research and practical application.
