摘 要:建筑企业的社会责任建设已成为当前学术界和行业实践关注的一个焦点。为明确我国施工企业社会责任内容取向与不足,本文对来自全国排名前百的30家施工企业的社会责任报告进行内容分析。研究发现施工企业社会责任认识较片面,具体表现在:环境管理焦点聚集在建设过程中而忽略了建后;对社区公益的认识不充分;信息披露意识不强等。为帮助企业全面了解和实施社会责任,结合进一步的文献分析和专家意见调查,本文运用层次分析法构建了包含8个维度、37个指标的系统化企业社会责任内容取向指标体系。指标具体内容包括:员工(18%)、环境管理(17%)、社区与公益(16%)、政府(14%)、公司治理(10%)、股东(9%)、客户(10%)、合作伙伴(6%)。The development of construction corporate social responsibility has become an important issue for both researchers and practitioners.To understand the current construction CSR practices in China,this study first reviews 30 CSR reports of top 100 construction companies using the content analysis method.The findings reveal that construction contractors have an incomplete understanding of the CSR concept,and the main limitations include lack of enough attention on the work after construction completion,lack of the full knowledge of community services and lack of sufficient information disclosure.To make the enterprise fully understand and implement social responsibility,combining with literature research and expert opinion,this work uses the analytic hierarchy process to develop a CSR index that involves 37 indicators grouped under eight factors.The eight factors include:staff(18%),environmental management(17%),community and public welfare(16%),government(14%),corporate governance(10%),shareholders(9%),customers(10%)and partners(6%).
