摘  要:模糊结构元理论在模糊网络计划时间参数计算方面的应用有效解决了模糊网络计算中的模糊数排序及模糊数加法与减法不互为逆运算的问题,但是重复性项目中学习效应对工期的影响是不可忽略的。由确定性两阶段曲线模型推导出模糊条件下的学习曲线两阶段模型,在基于模糊结构元的模糊网络计划计算模型的基础上,考虑学习效应对工序工期的影响,采用模糊条件下的两阶段学习曲线模型确定工序的模糊持续时间,提出改进的模糊网络计划计算模型,最后通过案例验证了模型的实用性。结论表明,改进的基于模糊结构元的模糊网络计算模型能有效地计算模糊网络计划中各工序的时间参数,与基于结构元的模糊网络计划计算模型相比使模糊网络计划计算工期缩短。The application of fuzzy structured element theory in the calculation of time parameters in fuzzy network planning effectively solves the problem of fuzzy number ranking and operation in the fuzzy network calculation.However,the influence of learning effect on the construction period in repetitive projects is not negligible.The two-stage model of learning curve under the fuzzy condition is derived from the deterministic two-stage curve model.Based on the fuzzy structural element-based fuzzy network planning and calculation model,the effect of learning effect on the working schedule is considered.The learning curve model determines the fuzzy duration of the process,and proposes an improved fuzzy network plan calculation model.Finally,the practicality of the model is verified through a case study.The empirical analysis validates the practicality of the model.The conclusion shows that the improved fuzzy network model based on fuzzy structure element can effectively calculate the time parameters of each process in the fuzzy network planning and shortens the calculation period of the fuzzy network planning compared with the fuzzy network planning and calculation model based on the structure element.
