摘 要:为提高聚氯乙烯(PVC)/桉木木塑复合材料的耐霉菌腐蚀性能,在配方中添加沸石粉,通过挤出成型制备木塑复合材料,并对木塑复合材料进行霉菌加速腐蚀试验(加速腐蚀条件为温度28℃、湿度85%、腐蚀4个周期)。测试腐蚀前后木塑复合材料色差变化、24h吸水率、力学性能,并对拉伸断面微观形貌、红外光谱图及热稳定性能进行分析。结果表明,沸石粉能有效提高木塑复合材料的耐霉菌腐蚀性能,且沸石粉添加量为2%时效果较好,腐蚀后拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、冲击强度较未添加沸石粉复合材料分别提高了21.67%,19.59%,13.44%,31.95%,色差变化率及吸水率分别下降了138.48%和7.99%,初始分解温度上升了1.66%;当沸石粉添加量大于2%时,沸石粉颗粒易发生团聚,造成木塑复合材料内部塌陷,形成空洞,导致木塑复合材料更易受到霉菌腐蚀。To improve mould corrosion resistance of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/eucalyptus wood-plastic composites,zeolite powder was added to eucalyptus and PVC,and the wood-plastic composites were prepared by extrusion molding.The mould accelerated corrosion test of wood-plastic composites(accelerated corrosion conditions were as follows,temperature 28℃,humidity 85%,corrosion 4 cycles)was adopted.The color difference,24 h water absorption and mechanical properties of woodplastic composites before and after corrosion were tested,and the microstructure,infrared spectra and thermal stability of the tensile section were analyzed.The results show that the zeolite powder can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of wood-plastic composites,and the best amount of zeolite powder is 2%.The tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of the composites are increased by 21.67%,19.59%,13.44%and 31.95%respectively,the change rate of color difference and water absorption rate are decreased by 138.48%and 7.99%respectively,the initial decomposition temperature rises 1.66%,compared with those of composites without zeolite powder when after corrosion.When the amount of zeolite powder is greater than 2%,the zeolite powder particles are easily reunited,resulting in the internal collapse of wood-plastic composites,forming hollow,resulting in wood-plastic composites more susceptible to mould corrosion.
