摘　　要：采用质量分数为50%的尼龙(PA)66盐水溶液为原料,在连续聚合过程中考察了盐液pH值、物料停留时间、后聚合器真空度及催化剂用量对PA66相对黏度的影响,确定了生产高黏PA66的工艺条件为盐液pH值7.63～7.65、聚合物出料流量1 042～1 100kg/h、后聚合器真空度35～40kPa、钠盐催化剂SP1用量6×10–5,在此工艺条件下,生产的PA66相对黏度为3.45～3.50,熔体流动速率为18～20g/10min,黄点指数≤-4。该高黏PA66树脂力学强度高、热稳定性好,抗冲击、耐腐蚀、耐磨损,能够满足国内用户的使用要求。The high viscosity nylon 66 in continuous polymerization were synthesized with solution containing 50%nylon66 salt.The effects of pH value of nylon 66 salt solution,residence time of material,vacuum degree and catalyst dosage on high viscosity nylon 66 were studied in continuous polymerization.The optimum conditions fo production of high viscosity nylon 66 are as follows:pH value of nylon 66 salt is 7.63-7.65,flow rate on polymer is 1 042-1 100 kg/h,vacuum degree is 35-40 kPa,catalyst SP1 content is 6×10^-5.In these conditions,the relative viscosity of produced nylon 66 is 3.45-3.50,melt flow rate is 18-20 g/10 min and yellow index is equal or less than-4.The high viscosity nylon 66 resin product has good mechanical strength,high thermal stability,impact resistance,corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and it can meet the requirements of domestic users.
