摘 要:采用马来酸酐接枝乙烯–辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)和马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)两种增韧剂对尼龙(PA)66进行增韧改性,探讨了在常温和低温条件下两种增韧剂用量对PA66材料力学性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察试样冲击断面形貌,进一步探讨增韧PA66的机理。结果表明,两种增韧剂均能大幅度改善材料在常温和低温条件下的韧性;当POE-g-MAH和EPDM-g-MAH的质量分数为20%时,与纯PA66相比,在常温下材料的断裂伸长率分别增加5.96倍和5.35倍,冲击强度分别增加20倍和19.7倍;在低温条件下,材料的冲击强度都保持在一个相对较高的水平,相对PA66有很大提高,低温增韧效果很明显。Toughening modification of PA66 was carried out by using two toughening agents,POE-g-MAH and EPDM-g-MAH.The effects of the amount of two toughening agents on the mechanical properties of PA66 under normal temperature and low temperature were discussed.The impact profile of the sample was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the mechanism of low toughening and toughening of PA66 by two toughening agents was further discussed.The results show that both tougheners can greatly improve the toughness of the material under normal temperature and low temperature conditions.When the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH and EPDM-g-MAH is 20%,compared with pure PA66,the breaking elongation of the material under normal temperature increases by 5.96 times and 5.35 times respectively,and the impact strength increases by 20 times and 19.7 times respectively.Under low temperature conditions,the impact strength of materials remains at a relatively high level,which is greatly improved compared with that of PA66,and the toughening effect of low temperature is obvious.
