摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出工艺制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGS)填充30%玻纤增强阻燃尼龙(PA) 66,通过扫描电子显微镜观察了HGS在增强阻燃PA66中的分散形态,重点考察了HGS对材料物理性能、力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,HGS的引入可以明显降低增强阻燃PA66的密度,改善其吸水性、尺寸稳定性及耐热性,且不影响材料的阻燃性能;对HGS用硅烷偶联剂KH550进行表面改性处理可以有效改善其与树脂基体间的界面相容性,进而提高复合材料的各项力学性能;HGS的粒径越小,复合材料的力学性能越好;当HGS用量为5%~10%时,增强阻燃PA66的综合性能较好。Hollow glass microspheres(HGS)filled 30%glass fiber reinforced flame retardant PA66 was prepared by the twin screw extrusion process.The dispersed form of HGS in reinforced flame retardant PA66 was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the effects of HGS on the physical properties,mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the materials were investigated.The results showed that the introduction of HGS could obviously reduce the density of reinforced flame retardant PA66,improve its water absorption,dimensional stability and heat resistance,and do not affect the flame retardancy of the materials.The surface modification of HGS by silane coupling agent KH550 could effectively improve the interfacial compatibility with the resin matrix and improve the mechanical properties of the composites,and the smaller the particle size of HGS,the better the mechanical properties of the composites.When HGS dosage was 5%–10%,the comprehensive performance of the reinforced flame retardant PA66 was better.
