摘 要:为进一步提高聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)静电纺纳米膜的质量,选择通过纺丝工艺的优化来达到目的。以纺液质量分数、电压、纺距和纺速作为考察变量,以纤维的平均直径、直径变异系数和接触角为指标。在前期单因素实验研究基础上,采用响应面分析法建立各因素对各个指标影响的回归模型,并进行了验证实验。结果表明,模型极显著,拟合度、可信度和精确度高,通过对回归模型的求解和综合考虑,得到优化的工艺条件为纺液质量分数18%、电压21.06kV、纺距15.8cm、进液速度0.6mL/h时,纺得PVDF膜的质量良好,其直径变异系数为0.067 2,接触角为145°。For further improve the quality of electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)nanofilms,optimization the spinning process was chosen to achieve the objective.Taking spinning liquid mass fraction,voltage,spinning distance and spinning speed as variables,average diameter,variation coefficient of diameter and contact angle of fiber were used as indexs.On the basis of previous single-factor experimental research,response surface analysis was used to establish the regression models of each factor's influence on the indexs,and the validation experiment was carried out.The results showed that the regression models were significant,and fitted,reliability and accuracy was high.By solving the regression model and comprehensive consideration,the optimal process conditions for spinning liquid mass fraction was 18%,the voltage was 21.06 kV,spinning distance was 15.8 cm,feed velocity was 0.6 mL/h.In these conditions,the quality of PVDF membrane was good,its diameter variation coefficient was 0.067 2 and the contact angle was 145°.
