摘 要:文章旨在研究不同制粒温度和添加益生素对肉鸡生长性能和免疫性能的影响。试验选择健康、平均体重为(62.38±1.22)g的1日龄肉仔鸡672只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复28只。试验采用3个制粒温度(75、85和90℃)×益生素水平(0和5.20 logcfu/g),共6个日粮,试验分为1~21 d和22~42 d两个阶段。结果显示:日粮添加的益生素在75、85和90℃条件下制粒,制粒后,饲料中的益生素含量回收率达90%以上。与75和90℃制粒温度相比,85℃制粒温度显著降低了22~42 d和1~42 d肉鸡的日增重(P <0.05)。日粮添加益生素显著降低了日采食量和料重比(P <0.05)。85和90℃制粒温度添加益生素较75℃肠黏膜sIgA分别提高了61%和51%(P <0.05)。日粮制粒温度和益生素对42 d黏膜sIgA含量的影响表现为显著交互作用(P <0.05);与90℃制粒温度相比,75和85℃制粒温度添加益生素显著降低了黏膜sIgA的含量(P <0.05);日粮添加益生素,其中90℃较85℃显著降低了血清IgM的含量(P <0.05)。结论 :在不同制粒温度添加下,日粮添加益生素降低了采食量和料重比,提高肠道黏膜sIgA的含量。75和90℃制粒温度较85℃提高了42 d肉鸡的日增重。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different pelleting temperature and supplementation probiotic on growth performance and immunity of broilers.A total of 672 broilers aged 1 d average weight(62.38±1.22)g,were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 4 replicates of 28 broilers.The diets were designed as 3 pelleting temperature×probiotic(add or not add),the trial was conducted for 42 d.Results showed that the recovery count of probiotics in the feed samples was over 90%in all treatments compared to each treatment pre-pellet count.Pelleting temperature at 85℃ reduced(P<0.05)weight gain compared to those fed diet pelleted at 75 or 90℃.Probiotic supplementation reduced(P<0.05)feed intake and improved(P<0.05)feed conversion,while probiotic supplementation and pelleting at 85 or 90℃ increased(P<0.05)sIgA by 61%and 51%,respectively.Pelleting temperature at 90℃ reduced(P<0.05)serum IgM compared to 85℃ in the diets supplemented with the probiotic.In conclusion,probiotic supplementation reduced feed intake,improved feed conversion ratio and increased duodenal sIgA concentration regardless of pelleting temperature.Moreover,birds receiving feeds pelleted at 75 and 90℃ were heavier than broilers fed 85℃ diets over the entire period.
