摘  要:以磷酸钠和硝酸铈为原料,采用沉淀法合成了磷酸铈,然后将其混于用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和环氧树脂E51以化学接枝法制备的环氧-硅氧烷清漆,制得磷酸铈掺杂环氧-硅氧烷涂层。考察了磷酸铈用量对涂层力学性能和耐蚀性的影响,并测量了其在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学阻抗谱。在扫描电镜中观察到磷酸铈颗粒呈微纳米六方晶系结构。当磷酸铈质量分数为2.5%时,其在涂层骨架中的分散性较好,提升了涂层的致密性,所制涂层具有最好的综合性能:铅笔硬度6H,耐冲击性(1 kg)40 cm,附着力1级,柔韧性1 mm,中性盐雾试验72 h后外观完好。Cerium phosphate was synthesized by precipitation reaction of sodium phosphate and cerium nitrate,and then mixed with an epoxy–siloxane varnish,which was prepared from 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550)and epoxy resin E51 by chemical grafting,to form a cerium phosphate-doped epoxy–siloxane coating.The effect of cerium phosphate content on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating was studied.The electrochemical impedance spectra of the coatings prepared with different contents of cerium phosphate were measured in 3.5%NaCl solution.The cerium phosphate particle had a hexagonal micro/nano-crystal structure as shown in the scanning electron micrograph.The coating containing 2.5wt.%cerium phosphate featured a pencil hardness of 6H,a failure height of 40 cm for 1 kg impact,an adhesion strength of 1 grade,a flexibility of 1 mm,and good appearance after being suffered in neutral salt spray test for 72 h,showing the optimal comprehensive properties due to the good dispersion of cerium phosphate in the skeleton of the coating which contributed to the compactness improvement of the coating.
