摘  要:为三板溪库区南加镇水域网箱养殖区的绿色生态渔业提供依据,于2018年1-6月对该水域网箱养殖区的水温(T)、溶解氧(DO)、pH、氨氮(TAN)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、叶绿素a(Chl.a)、化学需氧量(COD)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、五日生化需氧量(BOD5)和氟化物(Fluoride)等水质因子进行了监测,选取DO、pH、TAN、TN、TP、COD、CODMn、BOD5及氟化物等9个水质指标及Ⅲ类水水质指标标准值,利用CCME水质指数法(CCME WQI)对其水体质量进行评价。结果表明:监测期间研究区域水体的叶绿素a含量为2.65~30.52μg/L,随时间进程呈逐渐上升趋势;表层水温总体随气温变化而变化,为6.0~17.8℃;表层水DO含量较高,为8.54~11.02mg/L;pH 7.68~8.30,总体变化不大,均在Ⅲ类水水质标准(6~9)内波动;TP含量均保持较低水平,符合Ⅲ类水水质的标准(≤0.2mg/L)要求;TN含量平均为2.29mg/L,高于Ⅲ类水水质标准要求(≤1mg/L);而氨氮含量均较低,其变化规律不明显;高锰酸盐指数、COD和BOD5的含量均较低。经CCME水质指数法对其水质评价表明,该区域水质评价得分为88.40分,处于良好状态。The indexes of T,DO,pH,TAN,TN,TP,Chl.a,COD,COD Mn,BOD 5 and Fluoride in cage aquaculture area of Sanbanxi Reservoir in Nanjia Town were determined and the water quality was evaluated by CCME WQI based on the comparative results between DO,pH,TAN,TN,TP,COD,COD Mn,BOD 5 and Fluoride indexes of the cage aquaculture area and the standards ofⅢwater quality to provide the scientific basis for green ecological fishery in cage aquaculture area of Nanjia Town in Sanbanxi Reservoir.Result:The Chl.a content is 2.65-30.52μg/L and shows a gradually rising trend with time course.The water temperature of the surface layer varies with variation of air temperature and the temperature is at 6.0-17.8℃.DO content in the surface water is higher(8.54-11.02 mg/L).pH value is 7.68-8.30,which meets the water quality standard(6-9).TP content is at lower level and accords with the standard ofⅢwater quality(≤0.2 mg/L).TN content is 2.29 mg/L averagely,higher than the standard ofⅢwater quality(≤1 mg/L).TAN content is lower and its variation rule is not obvious.COD,COD Mn,and BOD 5 content is lower also.The CCME WQI shows that the water quality score of cage aquaculture area of Sanbanxi Reservoir in Nanjia Town reaches 88.40,which indicates that the water quality is at good level.
