贵州农业产业集群发展的特点、问题及对策

摘　　要：贵州是典型的多民族山区省份,近年来贵州充分发挥山地特色农业资源优势,大力推进农业产业化发展,农业产业集群现象逐步凸显,极大地提高了贵州农业竞争力。然而,贵州农业产业集群发展还处于"点状"零星发展的初级阶段,产业协同效应不强,以"堆"代"群"现象普遍。针对这些问题,提出准确把握区域特色农业发展状况,制定农业产业集群发展规划,加强集群发展的基础支撑能力建设,加快区域产业集群公共服务平台建设等对策建议。Guizhou is a typical multi-ethnic mountainous provinces.In recent years,giving full play to the characteristics of agricultural resources,Guizhou vigorously promotes the development of agricultural industry clusters,which greatly improves agricultural competitiveness.However,Guizhou agricultural industry cluster is still in the primary stage of"dot"sporadic development,and industry synergy is not strong.To counter these problems,suggestions are given to accurately grasp the regional characteristic agriculture development situation for planning agricultural industrial cluster development,to strengthen the supporting system,and to build public service platform for regional agricultural industry clusters.
