中国区域农业生产性服务业发展差异及驱动因素研究

摘　　要：农业生产性服务业发展有助于解决农业家庭经营与农村留守劳动力结构失衡等问题,对农业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于2003～2014年31个省份面板数据,运用Theil指数对农业生产性服务业区域差异进行了结构分解,并实证检验了农业生产性服务业发展差异的驱动因素。研究发现:我国农业生产性服务业发展具有非均衡空间分布特征,区域差异明显且总体呈现收敛态势;区域内差异是造成我国农业生产性服务业发展总体差异的主要原因,东、中、西部差异程度梯度递减特征显著;政策扶持力度、经济发展水平、技术创新能力是影响全国农业生产性服务业发展最重要的三大因素;地区农业生产性服务业发展的主要驱动因素存在显著差异。The development of agricultural producer service industry can help solve the problems of agricultural household management and the imbalance of rural left-behind labor force,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the 2003-2014 provincial panel data,this paper adopts Theil index to decompose the regional difference of agricultural producer service,examines the driving factors affecting the difference of agricultural producer service development.The results shows that:Chinese agricultural producer service has unbalanced distribution characteristics,regional differences are significant and show convergence trend.The total difference is mainly caused by the differences within the region,and the difference level of eastern,central and western show gradient descending characteristics.Police support,level of economic development and Technology innovation ability are the most important factors affecting the agricultural producer service in China from all levels.The main driving factors of regional agricultural producer service exist significant difference.transportation capacity,police support,technology innovation ability and level of economic development are the main factors in the east region.Police support,level of economic development and transportation capacity are the main factors in the central region.Level of economic development,urbanization level and technology innovation ability are the main factors in the west region.
