摘 要:为实现电解锰渣中硅的资源化利用,采用摇瓶浸出研究硅酸盐细菌(胶质芽孢杆菌,Bacillus mucilaginosus,BMN)对电解锰渣中有效硅的浸出效果,探究培养基、电解锰渣的粒径大小、体系的pH值、培养时间、培养温度、摇床转速等六个因素对硅浸出效果的影响。研究表明:采用阿什比基质矿物盐培养基,调节矿浆浓度至10%,培养基中细菌初始浓度为107个/mL,电解锰废渣的粒径为80目、体系pH值为7. 0~7. 2、30℃时以180 r·min-1的转速培养20 d后,硅酸盐细菌的浸出液中SiO_2质量浓度可达93. 88 mg/L。表明硅酸盐细菌对电解锰渣有一定的脱硅能力,为电解锰渣的资源化利用提供可能。In order to realize the resource utilization of silicon in electrolytic manganese slag,the leaching effect of silicate bacteria(Bacillus mucilaginosus,BMN)on effective silicon in electrolytic manganese slag was studied by shaking flask leaching.The effects of six factors,such as the size of culture medium,the size of electrolytic manganese slag,the pH value of the system,the culture time,the culture temperature and the rotational speed of shaking table,on the leaching effect of silicon were investigated.The results show that the SiO2 concentration in the leaching solution of silicate bacteria can reach 93.88 mg/L after 20 d of cultivation in Ashby matrix mineral salt medium with 10%pulp concentration,107 bacteria/mL initial concentration,80 mesh electrolytic manganese slag size,7.0-7.2 system pH and 180 r·min^-1 rotational speed at 30℃.The results show that silicate bacteria can desilicate the electrolytic manganese slag to a certain extent,and it is possible to utilize the electrolytic manganese slag as a resource.
