摘  要:粉煤灰是燃煤电站的主要副产物,是全球性的重大环境问题,对公众健康和环境污染构成威胁。本研究提出了一种利用工业废弃物粉煤灰合成制备X型沸石分子筛的有效工艺,系统分析了不同条件下,固体碱预处理和引入晶种对合成X型沸石分子筛性能的影响,探讨了X型沸石分子筛对铵离子去除率的影响。结果表明:OH^-浓度、Si/Al比、固液比、陈化时间和晶化时间对合成X型沸石分子筛的最化条件分别为0. 75 mol/L、2. 8、9 mL/g、0. 5 h和10 h,实现了对NH_4^+的高效去除。有效降低了分子筛制备成本,实现了粉煤灰的资源化、高值化利用,实现"以废治废"双赢目标。Coal fly ash was the major by-product in coal-fired power plants which has become the most abundant anthropogenic solid waste and caused some serious environmental problems. In this study,pure X zeolite sieve was successfully synthesized from coal fly ash using hydrothermal method,which included alkaline fusion and the introduction of seed crystal process. The removal efficiencies of ammonium by X zeolite sieve under different conditions were investigated. The results show that the optimization synthetic zeolite X conditions of the OH^-concentration,the Si/Al ratio,the solid liquid ratio,aging time,and crystallization time is 0. 75 mol/L,2. 8,9 mL/g,0. 5 h,and 10 h,respectively. This work provides an alternative economic and simple process to synthesize X zeolite sieve from coal fly ash. More importantly,it contributes to achieve the aim of waste control by waste and extend the great potential application and recycling of coal fly ash.
